Cancellation
Ripper Squad subscriptions may be cancelled by giving 30 days written notice to admin@rippersquad.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You remain responsible for all fees payable during the notice period.
Access may continue during the notice period if your account is paid up to date and you comply with the Terms & Conditions.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation.
Annual plans may be refunded only if cancellation is requested within 14 days before activation and no activation, onboarding, squad access, setup work, account configuration or service delivery has started.
Once activation or service delivery begins, annual plan fees are non-refundable.
Setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation fees, consulting fees, usage fees, third-party costs and completed work are non-refundable.
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy affects your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Failure to use the service does not entitle you to a refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
